WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A Windsor Locks store has sold a $200,000 CT Lottery winner.
On April 29, an unnamed winner from West Suffield cashed in winning ticket for the Cash Royale game.
The $200,000 prize is tops in the game, which costs $20 to play.
