Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?

Not only does Mandi go above and beyond in her role as Director of Finance for the Town of Windsor Locks, she also supports many town committees and initiatives. She was a big part of Windsor Locks earning the Sustainable CT certification, and devotes time and energy to this ongoing project. She serves on the Trees for Windsor Locks committee and is instrumental in connecting the group with the right resources and people. In everything Mandi does, town residents, co-workers, and friends can see her genuine care and enthusiasm for making Windsor Locks a great place to live, work, and visit.

Mandi is the kind of person the world needs more of - kind, smart, hardworking, and willing to do anything to help a good cause.
