• Milton police respond to suspected explosive device (pnj.com) — Milton police and firefighters safely removed a suspected explosive device found on a Clayton Lane porch after evacuating residents and securing the neighborhood. Officials say the ordnance came from belongings of a recently deceased man, with no criminal intent, and credit recent bomb-response training for the smooth, coordinated response that kept nearby homes, a school, and a business out of danger.
