Congratulations to Christina School District admin who recently graduated from the Governor's Institute for School Leadership (GISL) program

Congratulations to Christina School District Assistant Principals Takashi Rhoulac (Glasgow HS) and Katie Stanley (Brader ES), Principal John Lynch (Smith ES), and Assistant Superintendent Courtney Voshell (Admin Office), who recently graduated from the Governor’s Institute for School Leadership (GISL) program.

Takashi and Katie completed the GISL Assistant Principal Fellows track, while John and Courtney graduated from the Executive Leaders track.

The GISL program is a year-long professional learning opportunity that develops assistant principals into transformational building-level principals. The academy consists of five modules of instruction aligned to Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL) and includes coaching by University of Delaware’s Academy for School Leadership (DASL) as well as practice-based mentorships with successful building principals.

Congratulations, Takashi, Katie, John, & Courtney!
