Food That's In, When School is Out-Summer Meal Program Starts June 28

Free breakfast and lunch will be available Monday through Thursday during the summer months at select Christina School District schools.

Christina School District's Summer Cafeteria Crew will be participating in the 2022 Summer Food

Service Program, which will be offered at eight Christina schools. The federally-funded program provides free breakfasts and lunches during the summer months and will be available Monday through Thursday at the sites listed below.

All children 18 years of age and under are eligible to receive NO COST breakfast and lunch. No need to apply for the program - just bring yourself and enjoy tasty and nutritious meals.

  • Children 18 and Under: FREE
  • Adult Meal Prices: Breakfast $2.75 / Lunch $4.75

Meal Times: Monday-Thursday

  • Breakfast: 9:00-9:30 AM
  • Lunch: 12:00-12:45 PM
  • Please note: No meals will be served July 4 and July 5


Breakfast and Lunch will be served at the CSD Schools listed below. All meals must be eaten on site.

Newark Sites

  • Brookside Elementary School
  • Gallaher Elementary School
  • Oberle Elementary School
  • McVey Elementary School
  • Gauger-Cobbs Middle School
  • Glasgow High School

Wilmington Sites
