Round Up for Christina!
Christina invites Giant Food shoppers to "ROUND UP AT THE REGISTER" to help support children in our school district facing food insecurity.
From June 17 and through August 11, 2022, everyone who shops at Giant Food will be invited to “ROUND UP AT THE REGISTER” their grocery purchase and donate the round up amount to the program fund or donate online through Giant Delivers and Giant Pickup. Giant Food will also include the option to include your FLEX points that are converted to grocery dollars.
As we prepare for the 2022-2023 school year, our entire school community will need your help to spread the word to ensure this program is a great success in supporting children in our district who need the most help. From backpacks with weekend food to clearing delinquent lunch accounts, to building a community pantry in our schools, the funds will be provided directly to Christina’s Child Nutrition Services for use, at our discretion, to address food insecurity in our school communities.
