New Apartment Building In NoMa Area Of DC Opens Doors To Residents

Residents have begun moving into The Burton, a new building with 387 units in the NoMa area of Washington, D.C.

WASHINGTON, DC — Residents have begun moving into The Burton, a new apartment building with 387 units in the NoMa area of Washington, D.C., real estate management company Bozzuto and MRP Realty said Monday.

Located at the corner of New York Avenue NE and Florida Avenue NE, The Burton has residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms.

“We are excited to officially introduce The Burton to the NoMa neighborhood and look forward to welcoming residents into such an amenity-rich building both inside and out,” Matt Robinson, principal at MRP Realty, developer of The Burton, said in a statement.

The building has a 10,000-square-foot fitness center equipped with an indoor climbing wall as well as an on-site bike workshop and dog washing station. The Burton also features a rooftop pool that offers 360-degree views of the city.
