A 7,000-square-foot manor comes with a "designer pedigree," according to a report.

WASHINGTON, DC -- A huge mansion in the exclusive Kalorama neighborhood in D.C. is on the market, and for $5.3 million you get some high-profile neighbors and the hallmarks of a well-known designer, according to a report.

WTOP reports that the home, located at 2310 Tracy Place NW, was built more than 100 years ago and offers four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and lots of other enviable spaces -- including a library, sunroom, and four fireplaces.

The home used to be the Portuguese consulate, and it was totally renovated in 2014 by renowned designer Lauren Liess, according to the report.
