WASHINGTON, DC — A new penthouse has become available for rent at the Whyle in the Shaw neighborhood and is priced at $15,000 a month.

The two-bedroom penthouse is the most luxurious listing at the Whyle, located at 900 W street, NW in D.C. It has 16-foot ceilings and an industrial-chic design by architect Morris Adjmi.

Unlike other apartment buildings, the Whyle rents fully furnished residences for as little as 30 days, or for as long as a year, without mandating any leases. Residents have the freedom to customize the length of their stay depending on their personal needs.

The premier penthouse at the Whyle showcases high-end brands including Ercol and GUBI, antique elements such as Turkish rugs and artisanal lighting from Workstead and Marset.

The penthouse also comes fully stocked with all dishware, cookware and flatware, a coffee maker, blackout shades, a knife set, speakers and live plants.

All residents at the Whyle also enjoy a suite of hotel-inspired amenities and services, including housekeeping once a week, a building concierge and access to a rooftop pool and state-of-the-art fitness center.
