2 Seffner Residents Win FL Lottery Within 2 Days Of Each Other
A Seffner resident is celebrating her $1 million from a scratch-off in the Florida Lottery. Another Seffner resident won big May 3.

SEFFNER, FL — Seffner's newest millionaire is 29-year-old Jacqueline Bass. Bass won a million dollars from Florida Lottery's 50X The Cash Scratch-Off game.
She is the second Seffner resident to win big from the Florida Lottery. Michael Lancaster of Seffner won a million dollars from the lottery May 3, in the Florida Lottery's Cash Club Scratch-Off game, and Bass won on May 5. Bass chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $890,000.00. She bought her winning ticket at Sunoco, 2345 W. Main St., Tampa.
The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning scratch-off ticket.
The $5 game, 50X THE CASH, launched in September 2020 and features more than $131 million in cash prizes, including ten top prizes of $1,000,000. The game's overall odds of winning are 1-in-3.97.
