Robert Van Bomel, 57, of Lithia died May 29.
He was born on June 8, 1955, in Bronx, N.Y., to the late Edward Sr. and Rosemary (Kelly) Van Bomel.
Van Bomel retired from Citigroup, having served as a senior vice president. He loved the New York Yankees and served as a ball boy as a youth. He also loved to golf.

He was loved by all, and will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Jannine (Caceci) Van Bomel; his sons, Christopher Van Bomel (Tiffany), Michael Van Bomel and Robert Van Bomel Jr.; a daughter, Alexa Van Bomel; brothers, Edward (Carol) Van Bomel Jr., John (Cathy) Van Bomel and Donald Van Bomel Sr. (Jeanne); sisters, Mary Rose DuRen and Veronica (Anthony) Gullo; nieces and nephews, Lauren, Jennifer, Thomas, Donald Jr., Daniel, Anthony, Katie, E.J., Nicholas, Kelly, Kimberly, Kristina.

The family will receive guests on Monday June 3 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
