A 49-year-old East Bloomingdale man died Sunday, July 28 following a crash in Parrish.Florida Highway Patrol troopers are continuing the investigate the crash that occurred at 3 a.m. Troopers say Robert Hoelzer died when he lost control of his Ford pickup truck on U.S. 301 in Parrish. The truck ran off the road, into a ditch and flipped over.Troopers say Hoelzer was not wearing his seat belt.
