Detectives Search For Riverview Home Invasion Suspects
Hillsborough authorities are searching for two armed men who broke into a Riverview home and took property and cash, deputies said
RIVERVIEW, FL - Hillsborough authorities are searching for two armed men who broke into a Riverview home and took property and cash, deputies said. A stolen credit card was used at the Walmart, 2701 Fletcher Ave., and a man and woman were caught on store surveillance video.
On Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018 about 10:50 p.m., two men armed with rifles entered a residence on Stoner Road in Riverview through the back door. One of the men ordered the victims to get down and held them at gunpoint while they demanded property and cash. A suspect discharged his rifle inside the residence striking a door.
Both men fled the residence with property and cash, then left the area in an unknown make vehicle. Just hours after the home invasion robbery, a debit card taken during the robbery was used at the Walmart by an unknown man and woman.

The suspects were described as a man in his 20s to 30s, 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 160 to 180 pounds, with a goatee and wearing a blue checkered jacket and white pants. The woman is in her 20s to 30s, 5-feet 6-inches tall, 120 to 140 pounds, glasses and wearing a multi-colored dress and gray jacket. The man and woman left the store in an SUV, possibly a Dodge Durango.
