Advance Care Planning Workshop

Hope is Contagious is sponsoring an educational workshop on advance care planning for healthcare and finances Tuesday, March 12 at 7 p.m. in the Flex Room at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 5049 Bell Shoals Rd., Valrico.

Consider if you were to have an unexpected life event that incapacitated your ability to make healthcare decisions or manage your financial affairs. Who would make medical decisions about your treatment? How would that person know your wishes? Who would manage your finances and pay your bills?

This workshop is an opportunity to learn about the process for future healthcare choices as well as an opportunity to plan financially. 

The workshop is for any person, married or single, over the age of 18 years of age or anyone with an aging parent.
