A new organization for people with hearing loss called Being Heard will meet Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 6:30 p.m. at Advanced Diagnostics and Hearing Solutions, 522 Oakfield Drive, Brandon.
With hearing loss, communication can become difficult or break down. This is your chance to Be Heard. If you can hear and interact with those who cannot, if you have a hearing loss and wear hearing aids or a cochlear implant, if you are deaf and enjoying the life of sign language, “Being Heard” wants to make a difference for people of all ages by providing the right resources and creative ideas to communicate effectively and have a positive impact for hearing and hearing loss alike.
Refreshments will be provided.
