The East Hillsborough County Democratic Club will hold its monthly meeting Tuesday, Oct. 9 at 6:30 p.m. at Barnacle's Restaurant, 926 Providence Rd., Brandon. Susan Smith, president of the Democratic Progressive Caucus of Florida, will be the speaker. She will discuss the American Legislative Exchange Council and the 11 amendments on the November ballot.
