Children are invited to wear non-scary costumes and pick up treats from booths at the festival. There will be a free outdoor showing of "Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted" at 8 p.m. Bring a blanket or lawn chairs. All businesses are invited to participate and are welcome to have a free booth at the event.
