The fifth annual Winthrop Arts Festival will take place March 23 and 24 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Winthrop Town Centre on Bloomingdale Avenue and Providence Road in Riverview.
The festival will feature more than 75 artists along with hamburgers provided by the Boy Scouts, beer sold by the FishHawk-Riverview Rotary Club and entertainment by local musicians.
Admission and parking are free.
