March 13 is the registration deadline for artists who wish to take part in the fifth annual Winthrop Arts Festival scheduled for March 23 and 24 at Winthrop Town Centre.
The cost is $135 for a 12- by 12-foot space. Artists must supply their own tables, chairs and canopies. There is no electricity. Setup is March 22 from 5 to 9 p.m.
