Coming off an undefeated season and a second straight berth in the state playoffs, Durant High School head football coach Mike Gottman is looking to keep building on the great football tradition at Durant High School.
Gottman will conduct the 2013 Cougars Youth Football Camp this summer, featuring his entire coaching staff with more than 100 years of combined coaching experience as well as players providing extra instructional support.
The camp is from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. June 11-14 at Ron Frost Field Sports Complex practice fields behind Durant High School.

Players will receive instruction in the fundamentals such as stance, starts, running form, throwing, catching, blocking, ball handling, 7 on 7 and team flag football.
Players should bring a bag lunch or they can buy lunch at the camp each day. The camp is for players ages fifth grade to incoming freshmen.

The cost is $125 per camper.
Camp registration will be held in the school’s gymnasium Saturday, June 8 from 8 to 9 a.m. before the future Cougar meeting and Monday, June 10 from 7:30 to 10 a.m.
