ICYMI: 8th Annual Blueberry Festival Kicks Off This Weekend

The three-day event takes place in Plant City.

Plant City might be best known for its strawberries, but blueberry growers refuse to take a backseat this time of year.

The 8th annual Tampa Bay Blueberry Festival at Keel & Curley Winery is set to take place April 24-26. The three-day event features live entertainment, food, more than 100 vendors, a kids’ area and, of course, blueberries.

The 2015 festival offers free admission, but parking costs $5. Festival goers can also take advantage of a “U-pick” blueberry area from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day of the event.
