This month, Cork & Olive in Bloomingdale is supporting Buddy Cruise, a nonprofit organization that promotes awareness of Down Syndrome and developmental delays. Come on out to run a noncompetitive 5K, have a glass of wine and support a great cause Thurday, Aug. 8 at 6:45 p.m. Runners, walkers, and spectators are welcome. The first 50 runners to arrive will receive a free Chill Towel. There also will be raffles.
