$5,000 Reward Offered in Bradenton Homicide Case
Breaking: Information that leads to an arrest in the shooting death of a 36-year-old man in Bradenton could be worth $5,000.

BRADENTON, FL — The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office has announced that a $5,000 reward is now being offered for information related to the Sept. 29 shooting death of Charles E. Saffore Jr.
Saffore, 36, was found dead near the corner of 10th Street Court East and 58th Avenue Drive East around 6:22 p.m. Sept. 29. A 911 call to the agency about a person down in that area, sent deputies to the area. When they arrived, they found Saffore dead. He had been shot at least one time, the sheriff's office said.
The reward for information in Saffore’s death is being offered by the Gold Star Club of Manatee County, sheriff’s office spokesman Dave Bristow wrote in an email to meda.

Anyone with information in the case is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 941-747-3011, Ext. 2519. Tips may also be submitted through Crime Stoppers by calling 1-866-634-TIPS.
