Man Killed In New Year’s Shooting In Bradenton: Sheriff
Detectives are investigating a fatal New Year's shooting in Bradenton, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office said.
BRADENTON, FL — A 36-year-old man was killed in an early New Year’s day shooting in Bradenton, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
Deputies responded to a report of a shooting with injuries in the 13000 block of 18th Place East around 12:30 a.m.
They found the victim lying in a driveway with a gunshot wound, the sheriff’s office said. He was pronounced dead by emergency responders not long after this.

The shooter and other parties involved were found and no arrests were made as of Thursday, the agency said.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
