Manatee High School's Football team will be honored this week, the county fair opens Thursday and join young professionals for networking on Thursday.

2. The Manatee County Commission meets Tuesday at 9 a.m. Commissioners will recognize the , approve work for the second phase of the Wares Creek dredge project and will consider economic development incentives for several projects.

4. Young Professionals are invited to join Manatee Young Professionals Chamber of Commerce members for casual business networkingat the Central Cafe on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The cost is $5 for non-members and includes complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar.
