$6.3M Lakewood Ranch Home Sale Is Highest In Community’s History

LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL — Lakewood Ranch set a record for the highest home sale in the 30-year history of the master planned community, which is located across northern Sarasota County and southern Manatee County, according to a news release from Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.
A 1.5-acre parcel at 15420 Anchorage Place recently sold for $6.3 million in a sale spearheaded by Donna Soda with the company’s Lakewood Ranch office.
