Luxury RV, Boat And Auto Storage Facility Opening In Bradenton

BRADENTON, FL — A luxury storage facility for RVs, boats and automobiles is opening soon in Bradenton, according to a news release from Michael Saunders & Company.

The construction of the new facility, SR 64 Executive Storage, at 829 57th Street E., just off State Road 64, is expected to finish in January.

The facility, developed by Voigt Brothers, offers a range of customizable, climate-controlled storage units.

Units range from 717 to 1,408 square feet and are available to purchase between $259,000 and $499,000, the news release said.

Each unit, hurricane-impacted to Miami-Dade County standards, has a private entrance, a motorized insulated 12-by-14-foot garage door, a mini-split HVAC system and private bathrooms.
