Easter Egg Hunts, Easter Bunny Visits In Manatee County 2022
Churches, businesses and organizations are hosting various events celebrating the Easter holiday throughout Manatee County.
MANATEE COUNTY, FL — If you’re looking for something fun to do with the family to celebrate Easter, there are plenty of events planned throughout Manatee County.
Check out some of the events — everything from Easter Bunny visits to egg hunts — below.

April 9, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Waterside Park

7500 Island Cove Terrace
More than 10,000 Easter eggs will be spread out throughout Waterside Park for this Easter egg hunt divided by age groups. There will also be opportunities to meet the Easter Bunny and get your face painted.
West Bradenton Baptist Church
1305 43rd Street W., Bradenton
This free event will also have bounce houses and an Easter egg hunt.
April 9, 4 to 7 p.m.
Risen Savior, 14605 59th Ave. E., Lakewood Ranch
There will be three Easter egg hunts for different age groups, games with prizes, face painting, a cake walk, inflatables, a talent show competition and a visit from the Easter bunny. Donations of non-perishable food items will be collected for Manatee County Food Bank and monetary donations will be given to the scholarship fund for the Risen Savior Academy Pre-School.
April 9, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Mixon Fruit Farms
2525 27th Street East, Bradenton
Meet the Easter Bunny and play all day at the Amazing Play Place, which offers a bounce house, obstacle course, a 20-foot inflatable slide, lookout tower, sandbox, crafts, music and more. Cost is $8 for children 2 years and older.
April 13, 9 a.m.
Bayside Pet Resort at Lakewood Ranch
15117 Garnet Trail, Bradenton
Sign up your pet for a photo with a very special guest, the Easter Bunny. The cost is $10 and reservations can be made by calling 941-755-3047.
April 15 and 16, trains depart at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Florida Railroad Museum
12210 83rd Street E., Parrish
Enjoy a 30-minute train ride to and from the Florida Railroad Museum’s annual Easter egg hunt, which includes games, activities and a visit from the Easter Bunny.
April 16, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
4250 Waterbury Road, Bradenton
The free event includes David Jones and Meredith Michaels from 107.9 WSRZ broadcasting live from the winery, an Easter egg hunt for kids of all ages, a grape stomp, craft vendors, live music, games, wine tastings and free spring photo sessions.
April 16, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Honeyside Farms
24105 State Road 62, Parrish
The Easter egg hunt starts at 10 a.m. Bring your own containers for eggs and organic produce. U-pick produce is $2 a pound. A farm tour will be led at 11 a.m.
April 16, 1 to 4 p.m.
Sunny Tomatoes Produce
12255 US Highway 301 N, Parrish
There will be more than 20 local vendors, a free Easter egg hunt, crafts and games, egg painting, and live bunnies. The even benefits 2nd Chance Ranch.
