CFRE International has announced that Jacqueline House, MBA, CFRE has recertified as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). House, the Vice President of Communications & Community Engagement for child welfare agency Safe Children Coalition, is one of more than 7,700 professionals around the world who hold the CFRE designation. She has held the CFRE certification since September 2019.

Individuals granted the CFRE credential have met a series of standards set by CFRE International, which include tenure in the profession, education, and demonstrated fundraising achievement. They have also passed a rigorous exam testing the knowledge, skills, and abilities required of a fundraising executive, and have agreed to uphold Accountability Standards and the Donor Bill of Rights.

House has been working in the philanthropic realm since 1996, serving in a variety of positions to support membership, marketing and fundraising. Since coming to Safe Children Coalition nearly five years ago, she has built the nonprofit organization’s development program from the ground up. In addition to her ongoing work with supporters and community leaders, thanks in great part to her fundraising leadership, Safe Children Coalition has raised 95% of its $9 million Phase I goal to build a new Youth Shelter for homeless teens in Florida’s Circuit 12 (Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto counties).
