A teenager took one of the top photo awards at the Manatee County fair for his photo "Hope and Faith" a depiction of people in Manatee County. Benjamin McGraw, 13, who was for his volunteer work for the no-kill effort taking photos of animals at the Manatee County Animal shelter, won the Paul Bartley award for his photo of his sisters at the beach.  The award comes with a $50 prize. The Paul Bartley Award goes to the exhibitor with the picture that best depicts the people of Manatee County. Benjamin's winning photo can be seen here.
