"Anyone who was a witness and was a viable threat to the lies that they told have in some way, shape or form (has) been dealt with in the form of harassment. Trust me, there are teachers on campus who have not spoken to police or students who have not come forward because they are afraid of what could happen if they did."

In the latest incident Gulash was reprimanded last week after he reported a bullying incident on Facebook toward a female student who had made a complaint about Frazier, who is accused of acted inappropriately with several girls.

Gulash was reprimanded for not going to the school principal to report the allegations. Gulash went to police instead.

Superintendent Rick Mills is having the incident investigated.
