Pedestrian Hit By 2 Cars, Dies On I-4 In Seffner: Troopers
A Tampa man was killed on Sunday night after two cars hit him on Interstate-4 near Mango Road in Seffner, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
SEFFNER, FL — A 26-year-old man from Tampa was hit and killed by two cars Sunday night on Interstate-4 near Mango Road in the Seffner area, Florida Highway Patrol said.
The victim was walking on I-4 westbound at 7:53 p.m. when a car driven by a 41-year-old man drove in the same direction and hit him, investigators said.
After the crash, the pedestrian got up and started walking southbound to cross the westbound lanes when a vehicle driven by a 29-year-old Hudson woman hit him, detectives said.

Both drivers stopped their vehicles after the incident, troopers said.
According to authorities, the pedestrian died at the location of the crash.

The driver of the second car experienced minor injuries, law enforcement officials said.
Due to Marsy's Law, the name of the victim will not be released by Florida Highway Patrol.
