Seffner Burglaries Lead to Call for Help From Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office

Tips are sought involving two burglaries and one attempted burglary in February, all involving entry through shattered glass in rear sliding doors.

Two residential burglaries and one attempted burglary in the Greater Brandon community of Seffner have led to a plea for help from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

The public is asked to contact the office with clues helpful to crack the case of who in February burglarized the homes at 506 Arch Ridge Loop and 531 Arch Ridge Loop.

The burglaries were reported on Feb. 2 and Feb. 14, respectively.

Also under investigation is the attempted burglary of a Seffner home Feb. 24, at 146 Winston Manor Circle.

In each of the successful burglaries, it is reported that the suspects gained entrance by shattering the glass of each of the home’s rear sliding doors. Property in both instances was reported stolen.

In the attempted burglary, surveillance photos were obtained. They show two black males driving a white Nissan Sentra, according to the report. In this instance, as well as in the Arch Loop burglaries, entry was gained by shattering the glass of the rear sliding door

An “intrusion alarm” in the Winston Manor case caused the suspects to flee empty handed, the reports stated.
