The Edge Salon Tampa in Carrollwood is known for providing stylish cuts to people who come through its doors. The salon's employees want to also be known for spreading beauty to another group. Now through the end of the month, the salon will be collect gently worn prom and formal dresses for area high school girls. The donations will go to The Cinderella Project, an organization that provides prom dresses to girls who otherwise would not have the opportunity to attend due to cost. Those who donate dresses will get 25 percent off their next special occasion hair styling. Donated dresses must be clean and free of stains or tears. The Edge Salon is located at 14447 N.
