3 Injured After Garbage Truck Overturns On FL Bridge
Three people were injured after a garbage truck had a mechanical issue and overturned on a Clearwater bridge, FL troopers said.

CLEARWATER, FL — Three people were injured after a Peterbilt garbage truck overturned Tuesday afternoon on the Bayside Bridge, Florida Highway Patrol said in a news release.
The truck was traveling south on the bridge, south of Drew Street, when it had a mechanical issue around 5 p.m.
The driver, a 37-year-old Clearwater man, was unable to control the truck, which overturned, FHP said. He was seriously injured in the crash and brought to a local hospital.

Two passengers in the truck, both St. Petersburg men, suffered minor injuries and were treated at local hospitals.
