Clearwater firefighters will take to the streets to fill boots with money to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association starting Thursday.

Clearwater firefighters will take to the streets to fill boots with money to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association starting Thursday, April 25.

Firefighters will be at various high-traffic intersections throughout the city as part of the "Fill the Boot" donation drive through Saturday, April 27.

Clearwater Firefighters Association members will be fundraising during the following times:

  • From 3-6 p.m. Friday, April 26
  • From 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, April 27

At the following intersections:

  • Memorial Causeway and Island Way
  • Court Street and Ft. Harrison Avenue
  • Keene Road and Gulf to Bay Boulevard
  • Sunset Point and Belcher roads
  • Drew Street and Belcher Road
  • McMullen Booth Road and Drew Street
  • Belcher Road and Gulf to Bay Boulevard
  • Countryside Boulevard and State Road 580
  • Keene and Sunset Point roads
