Clearwater Intersection Off Limits After Vehicle, Pedestrian Crash
Breaking: Motorists are being asked to avoid a Clearwater intersection following a Wednesday afternoon vehicle-versus-pedestrian crash.
CLEARWATER, FL — Motorists traveling in the area of Cleveland Street and Missouri Avenue in Clearwater are being asked to find a different route Wednesday evening.
According to the Clearwater Police Department, a vehicle and person collided at the intersection just before 6 p.m. The pedestrian has been taken to a local hospital with possible life-threatening injuries.
“Motorists should avoid the intersection as the investigation is conducted, especially the southbound lanes on Missouri,” an email from the police department said.
