Free Trees for Clearwater Residents on Arbor Day
Clearwater residents can get two trees free from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 27 in celebration of Arbor Day at the Public Service Complex, 1650 N Arcturas Ave.

The 31st year of the city's free tree giveaway is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 27 at the Public Service Complex, 1650 N. Arcturas Ave.
The 2,100 trees are given after showing proof of Clearwater residency. Two trees are available for each household on a first-come, first-served basis. City staff will be available to answer questions regarding maintenance and watering of them.

During the ceremony, the Florida Division of Forestry will present a Tree City USA flag to Clearwater for the 31st consecutive year.

- American elm
- red cedar
- bald cypress
- southern magnolia
- red maple
- slash pines
- Walters viburnum
- three colors of crape myrtles
