Grapefruit League Preview: Phillies vs. Rays

Raul Valdes gets the start for the Phillies when they play the Rays Tuesday at Bright House Field.

Mike Stutes, Jeremy Horst, Antonio Bastardo and Jonathan Papelbon are also expected to pitch for the Phillies, according to mlb.com.

Roberto Hernandez starts for the Rays. Cesar Ramos also is expected to pitch, according to mlb.com.
