Man Dead In Drew Street Crash

CLEARWATER, FL — The Clearwater Police Department is asking motorists to avoid the intersection of Drew Street and Keystone Drive following a fatal crash Saturday afternoon.

According to the agency, the crash occurred around 4:30 p.m. June 3, involving two vehicles. The male driver of one of the vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene, an email from the agency said.

Further information about the crash, including the names of those involved, is not available.

Police said just before 5 p.m. June 3 that the intersection would likely remain closed for several hours.
