MLK Day Means 4-Day Weekend For Pinellas Schools
Public schools in Clearwater are closed Friday for a Teacher Work Day and again on Monday for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Clearwater students can enjoy a four-day weekend leading up to Monday's observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
All of Pinellas County's public schools are closed Friday, Jan. 18, for a Teacher Work Day, and closed again Monday, Jan. 22, for the national holiday, according to the district calendar.
Classes resume Tuesday for the start of the second semester.
