No Injuries in Clearwater Ramada Fire
An early Wednesday morning fire at the Ramada Limited Suites caused no injuries, according to Clearwater Fire Rescue.

CLEARWATER, FL — Guests staying at Clearwater’s Ramada Limited Suites Wednesday morning had an alarming wake-up call. A fire broke out on the second floor, according to Clearwater Fire Rescue.
The call from the 2061 Gulf to Bay Blvd. hotel came in around 9:45 a.m., fire rescue wrote in an email to media. The first units on the scene traced the origins to a single room on the second floor and were able to put out the blaze rather quickly.
No injuries were reported, the agency noted.

The fire was ruled accidental and was caused by an electrical issue, fire rescue said.
