Lane Closures Scheduled For Tampa Road In Palm Harbor
Pinellas County will close multiple lanes of traffic on Tampa Road for roadwork beginning Monday, Sept. 20.
PALM HARBOR, FL — Pinellas County will close multiple lanes of traffic on Tampa Road for roadwork beginning Monday, Sept. 20. The lane closures will involve eastbound and westbound traffic between Lake St. George Drive and West Lake Road.
The lane closures are expected to be in place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Thursday, Oct. 4, weather permitting. At least one through-lane of traffic in both directions will be maintained at all times, but some delays are possible.
Mobile message boards have been placed and the overhead dynamic messaging system has been updated to notify drivers about the work zone. Suggested alternate routes are Curlew Road for east-west traffic and Lake St. George Drive or U.S. 19 for north-south traffic.
