Watch: Police Need Help Identifying Knife-Wielding Robber
Clearwater Police say the same man is suspected in three recent robberies.
CLEARWATER, FL — Clearwater Police need help identifying a man officers say might be responsible for at least three robberies that have been committed over the past few weeks.
According to the agency, the first robbery in the spree occurred around 9:58 p.m. Oct. 28 when a man walked into the Walmart Neighborhood Market, 1803 N. Highland Ave., and indicated he had a gun.
The same man is accused of going into the 7-Eleven at 1898 N. Highland Ave. on Sunday, Nov. 6. In that robbery, the man brandished a knife, jumped the counter and took cash from the register, police wrote in an email to media.

Around 10:42 p.m. Nov. 6, police say the man struck again. That time the Walmart at U.S. 19 and Northeast Coachman Road was robbed.
The man did get away with cash in each of the robberies, police said.

The suspect wanted in connection with the robberies is believed to be Hispanic or Middle Eastern, according to police. He stands about 6 feet tall, has a slender build with light facial hair. He may have left the third robbery in a white Toyota.
