Pedestrian Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries During Crash In Dunedin
The 66-year-old man was struck by a Kia Sedona at Main Street and Carnation Drive in Dunedin.
DUNEDIN, FL — A 66-year-old pedestrian has suffered life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle at Main Street and Carnation Drive in Dunedin.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, on Thursday around 9:50 p.m., deputies said 52-year-old Jodie Sechler was driving a 2011 Kia Sedona east in the inside median lane on Main Street near the Lake Haven Mobile Home Park.
The pedestrian, Timothy Cunnings, was crossing Main Street heading north when he abruptly stopped in the continuous left turn lane and began walking back south, said deputies.

Cunnings was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
