5 Things to Do: Art Walk, Bike Rally, Blueberry Patch Party

Are you ready for the Star Wars themed costume party at the Blueberry Patch this weekend? We have that and much more in "5 Things."

May the 4th Be with You: The Blueberry Patch is hosting a Star Wars themed costume party on Saturday, May 4. The event will feature several bands and entertainers from 2:30 p.m. - midnight. Bike Rally: Stetson University College of Law students are organizing a bike rally and two-mile challenge in Gulfport to raise awareness about alternative transportation. On May 3 at 6 p.m., the students plan to ride as a group from the Gulfport campus, 1401 61st St. S., to the Gulfport Casino, 5500 Shore Blvd. S., for the Gulfport Art Walk.

Art Walk: The First Friday Gulfport Art Walk kicks off at 6 p.m. on Beach Blvd. Stop by and visit one of dozens of vendors, artists and craftsmen. For more information about the event check it out on Gulfport Patch - "Gulfport Art Walk."

Mother's Day Crafts: Join Children's Librarian Cailey for a Saturday crafternoon at the Gulfport Public Library on May 4th from 11-1 for a fun craft for Mom for Mother's Day! Stop by between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

YNOT Ministries Fundraiser: YNOT Ministries is hosting a Soup and Salad Dinner on Saturday, May 4 from 5:00-7:30 pm at the Trinity Church of the Nazarene, 1000 55th Street South in Gulfport. Dinner is $7 for adults with children 12 and under free.
