JAX Chamber: NFL Alumni Jacksonville Chapter Presents The WEforum Fit Crawl 2022 In Jacksonville Beach

Jacksonville, FL - The Jacksonville Chapter of the NFL Alumni Association, in collaboration with WEforum, is proud to announce the first ever WEforum Fit Crawl coming to Jacksonville Beach in 2022. The Sunday, March 6th event will showcase the fitness studios and gyms throughout the Jacksonville Beach community with a pub-style crawl meant to encourage participants to move through a series of three 35-minute classes in various locations. Classes begin at 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm and participants can choose from a variety of studios and class styles. Tickets are now on sale for a $30 donation to the Jacksonville Chapter of the NFL Alumni Association and will benefit Lift Jax, whose mission is to eradicate generational poverty in Jacksonville.

Over a dozen fitness studios are participating hosts in this charitable event. Bailey’s Health and Fitness, Body20 Jacksonville Beach, Body 20 Pointe Vedra Beach, DEFINE Body & Mind, Fit 20 Jax Beach, Hot Spot Power Yoga, Orangetheory, Stretch Labs, Stride Jacksonville Beach, Training for Warriors Ponte Vedra Beach and Yoga Mix and Zumba Jennie at Dancy Dance are all stops on the Fit Crawl with more stops being added as more studios come on board for this exciting event.

 

“We are thrilled with the outpouring of support from our fitness community! It will be great to get everyone together to Fit Crawl in this new and unique format that really brings camaraderie and unites the community for Lift Jax! Afterwards, we will celebrate our collective strength at the Sea Walk Pavilion!”, commented Najee Goode, President of the NFL Alumni Association Jacksonville.

 

The event culminates with a post-event celebration at the Sea Walk Pavilion that is free and open to the public. With food trucks and more than 20 health and wellness related vendors at the post event, the organizers hope to educate and empower people with health and wellness practices that they can take home. Thank you to our vendors including I Love Pierogi, Josie’s Latin Food Fusion, Abstrakt Filipino Food, Fae’s BBQ, Tikiz Shaved Ice, Blue32, B3Better Sports, Mad-Fans, Prohibition Pops, Hydro Infusion, Drip Bar, Main Squeeze Juice Company, Sports Mania, Visit Jacksonville Tourist Information, Thrive Infusion, Atria Designs, and Arbonne.

 

Fit Crawl ticket holders and donors will have additional access to VIP locations with current and former NFL players, as well as limited edition Fit Crawl Swag Bags. Confirmed former NFL players in attendance are Najee Goode, Bryan Barker, Leon Searcy, Mike Hollis with more players to be announced in the coming weeks.

 

 

The Fit Crawl is a great way to inspire health and wellness in our community, support local businesses, but also bring the community together to support programs that help children, a mission that is aligned with the Jacksonville Chapter of the NFL Alumni Association.

 

The NFL Alumni Association was founded in 1967 by a small group of successful retired NFL players, the National Football League Alumni is the oldest, most well-known and well-respected retired player organization in professional sports. NFL Alumni has a traditional mission of “Caring for Kids, Caring for our Own, and Caring for our Community” across the country. Player alumni give back in their local communities by raising funds for youth-related charities through our 40 regional chapters. Lift Jax will be the directed beneficiary of the funds raised for this event.
