Jacksonville food truck owner's trailer stolen on Christmas, community offers reward (news4jax.com) — A Jacksonville food truck owner on the Northside lost his trailer to thieves sometime between Christmas Eve and Christmas morning, wiping out his primary source of income. Fellow food truck operators and Trout River Food Park’s owner are rallying with a $500 reward and urging anyone with information to contact the owner or JSO.

JSO reporting more murders over the last year, with fewer murder cases cleared (actionnewsjax.com) — Jacksonville’s murder rate has climbed in 2025, with 76 killings reported and a sharp drop in the percentage of cases cleared compared to last year.
