Authorities Accuse Couple Of Critically Injuring Davenport Man In Argurment
A Davenport man is in critical condition after he was slashed across the stomach and thigh during an argument, Polk County officials said.

POLK COUNTY, FL — A Davenport man is in critical condition after he was slashed across the stomach and right thigh during an argument Monday morning, Polk County Sheriff's Office said.
Brayan Zambrano Solorzano, 28, and his girlfriend, Angie Molina Rojas, 27, argued with the victim and another woman about 7:30 a.m. inside their apartment at Thrive, authorities said. Solorzano and Rojas had been visiting the couple.
During the argument, Solorzano grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed the male victim, according to authorities. The woman also suffered minor knife wounds to her arms and abdomen.

Solorzano and his girlfriend left the apartment following the stabbing, deputies said.
Rojas took their things from the hotel where they had been staying, and they moved to another motel in Orange County, investigators said. She is accused of creating difficulties by giving detectives multiple statements. According to law enforcement officials, she confessed to throwing the knife away Solorzano used during the alleged stabbing.

Orange County Sheriff's Office deputies found both suspects at a Travel Lodge Model later in the day.
"Our detectives did a great job by tracking our suspects down so quickly, and we want to thank the Orange County Sheriff's Office for their assistance," Sheriff Grady Judd said. "We hope the victim has a full and speedy recovery."
According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, the suspects face the following charges:
- Bryan Zambrano Solorzano faces attempted murder charges.
- Angie Molina Rojas faces charges of accessory after the fact, false information to law enforcement officers and tampering with evidence.
