Paid Poll Worker Positions Open To Polk County Residents
The Polk County Supervisor of Elections Office is hosting two upcoming meetings for residents interested in paid voting work.

POLK COUNTY, FL —If you're a Polk County resident who wants to make some cash on the next Election Day, an informational meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, a news release said.
"The sare paid positions working at polling places at Election Day," Supervisor of Elections Lori Edwards said.
A morning and evening meeting will be held at the following locations and times:

- Feb. 2, 11 a.m.-Lake Mirror Center, 121 S. Lake Ave., Lakeland
- Feb. 2, 6 p.m. - Election Operations Center, 70 Florida Citrus Blvd., Winter Haven
No reservation is required and voters who have served as election workers in Polk County in recent years are welcome but do not need to attend.
